General Information - Terms and Conditions
Although this ride is called a Pub Crawl on Horseback, many of the people who join us are social or non-drinkers who wish to experience the joys of riding a horse through the magnificent New England High ranges combined with the warm, comfortable atmosphere and friendly characters of the country pubs. All rides include walk, rising trot and controlled canters.
A vehicle will take your luggage from pub to pub. Non-riders can also be catered for.
Please let us know in advance if you are a vegetarian or have special dietary needs.
Our Homestead is not licensed, so please B.Y.O. ALCOHOL.
HOW AND WHEN TO PAY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of $50.00 for the Weekend ride, $200.00 for the Falls Gorge Ride and $400.00 for the Bushranger Ride is to be paid with the booking and can be made by cheque, postal money order, cash, Visa Card,Mastercard or direct deposit with the balance payable fourteen (14) days prior to commencement of the ride.
Prices, dates and riding routes are subject to change without notice. If it is necessary to postpone a ride due to weather, unsafe riding conditions or any other unforseen circumstances then there are no refunds, however, moneys are transferable to another ride or other activity offered by Pub Crawls on Horseback to be taken within the time limits stated below and also provided dates are available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are not refundable, however, are transferable to another ride to be taken within 6 months for 2 day Rides and 12 months for Falls Gorge and Bushranger Rides from the date of the booked ride PROVIDED more than 30 days' notice is given of the cancellation. If less than 30 days' notice is given of the cancellation and no ride is taken within the times stated above, then the deposit and any other moneys paid are forfeited.
